Status of Compliance with Accessibility Requirements

This website is not fully compliant with the applicable accessibility regulations. In detail:

  • PDF documents and embedded files
  • Forms and interactive elements
  • Alternative texts for graphics or images
  • Color contrasts and keyboard operability of certain elements

The content is currently not fully accessible due to disproportionate burden in accordance with § 4 BITV 2.0. We are continuously working on improvements.

Disproportionate Burden

The following content is not provided in an accessible format because doing so would constitute a disproportionate burden for us. This includes, in particular, PDF documents, embedded third-party content, and older navigation components.

Implementing full accessibility would currently represent a disproportionate organizational and financial effort in relation to the benefits, especially given the size of the company and limited staff resources. However, we are making continuous efforts to gradually reduce existing barriers.

Exemptions from the Scope of Accessibility Regulations

The following non-accessible content on this website does not fall within the scope of the accessibility regulations:

Content published before September 23, 2019, that is not actively required for administrative procedures, is exempt from these requirements. This includes, among other things, older PDF documents, presentations, and archived posts that remain publicly accessible for documentation purposes but are no longer regularly updated.

Accessible Alternatives

For essential content that cannot currently be made fully accessible (e.g., PDF documents or interactive maps), we offer accessible alternatives upon request. Please contact our customer service by e-mail at info@statsoft.de or by telephone at the number listed on our website. We will make every effort to provide an individual solution.

Evaluation Method

The evaluation of accessibility was carried out internally on the basis of a self-assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). Key aspects of accessibility, such as keyboard operability, content structuring, alternative texts, and color contrasts, were reviewed. A full evaluation by an external body has not yet taken place.

Further Measures to Improve Accessibility of Our Website

We are constantly striving to improve accessibility on our website. Currently, we are taking the following measures:

  • Ongoing review of new content for accessibility (e.g., alternative texts for images, contrasts)
  • Gradual revision of older PDF documents
  • Training internal editors to create accessibility-conscious content

Our goal is to gradually remove existing barriers and achieve a high level of accessibility in the long term.
