Statistica is an industry-spanning data science platform that has an important role in pharmaceutical manufacturing for monitoring and reporting product quality.
The platform is deployed often because – next to all general data science features – it offers the following capabilities.
Statistica Server
Statistica Server runs analytical jobs and serves as a metadata repository for database connections, queries, analysis templates, report templates and analyses. Items can be distributed via role-based security, versioned, approved, and released.
Off-the-Shelf-Software
Analyses are created by connecting analytical building blocks and are configured through dialogs. This enables quick onboarding for team members and reduces validation efforts through a NoCode/LowCode paradigm.
SPC and MSPC
Next to classic SPC (Statistical Process Control), the platform features Multivariate Statistical Process Control (MSPC also MVA) which enables monitoring a manifold of parameters and getting more precise insights.
PI Connector
The PI Connector enables direct integration with data stored in the PI Data Historian for optimized and automated analysis for applications such as Process Analytical Technology (PAT).
Stability & Shelf-Life Analysis
Stability & Shelf-Life Analysis is a solution for validated shelf-life analysis and reporting. It implements the standard procedures for single and multiple batch studies, pooled and separated estimates per batch (separate intercept, separate/common slope, probability tests) and all common shelf-life estimation techniques.
