Spot­fi­re is easy to use and leads quick­ly to insights when our cus­to­mers app­ly it to their data. Howe­ver, we at Stat­Soft expe­ri­ence often, that even easier to use tools bene­fit from “a bit” of intro­duc­tion. To do that we offer trai­nings and trai­ning pro­grams for Spot­fi­re. The­se trai­nings are desi­gned to acce­le­ra­te the lear­ning pro­cess of the team, help to over­co­me any bar­riers of ent­ry, and pro­vi­de know­ledge about fea­tures that would not be obvious to the self-taught user.

Suited for everyone

When desig­ning trai­nings or set­ting up who­le trai­ning pro­grams, we keep the atten­de­es needs and skills in mind.

  • We address the con­su­mers, that are using a dash­board desi­gned for them to gain insights and be able to do their job.
  • We address the desi­gner (or data sci­en­tist) who­se role is to find novel ways to gain insights from data and “design” dash­boards for others to con­su­me.
  • And we address the archi­tects or sys­tem owner who are respon­si­ble for manage­ment of the soft­ware infra­struc­tu­re.

Some par­ti­ci­pan­ts will bene­fit from par­ti­ci­pa­ting in all of the­se trai­nings but for most, the one fit­ting for their role is most effi­ci­ent.

Conducted where you are

Trai­nings can be con­duc­ted remo­te­ly, with the par­ti­ci­pan­ts joi­ning the ses­si­on from whe­re­ver they are loca­ted, giving the hig­hest level of fle­xi­bi­li­ty, no addi­tio­nal cos­ts for tra­vel, and lowest impact for the envi­ron­ment. Remo­te ses­si­ons can be sche­du­led more fle­xi­bly, for shorter trai­ning dura­ti­ons, with the effect of having the hig­hest pro­duc­ti­vi­ty for par­ti­ci­pan­ts and trai­ner.

On-site trai­nings requi­re more plan­ning and all atten­de­es at one phy­si­cal loca­ti­on but have the added bene­fit of con­nec­ting the team among its­elf, as well as the trai­ner with the par­ti­ci­pan­ts. Sit­ting in a con­fe­rence room tog­e­ther and enjoy­ing shared acti­vi­ties like lunch breaks, can do won­ders to enga­ge the team and make it more pro­duc­ti­ve.

Final­ly, trai­nings can be held at trai­ning faci­li­ties in Ham­burg whe­re it brings oppor­tu­ni­ty to tra­vel to and visit one beau­tiful city in Ger­ma­ny.

What is a “training”?

Stat­Soft trai­nings are con­duc­ted by expe­ri­en­ced trai­ners. Their main goal is to satis­fy the needs of the par­ti­ci­pan­ts – help them accom­pli­shing the tasks they are faced at work - and posi­ti­on Stat­Soft as a relia­ble part­ner for trai­nings and bey­ond. Trai­nings are based on stan­dar­di­zed mate­ri­als gui­ding the par­ti­ci­pan­ts through the day and giving them the oppor­tu­ni­ty refer to the topics after the trai­ning as well. During the trai­ning the par­ti­ci­pan­ts are encou­ra­ged to use the soft­ware during the pre­sen­ta­ti­on by the trai­ner as well as during exer­ci­s­es whe­re par­ti­ci­pan­ts can vali­da­te what they have lear­ned.

Think big

Stat­Soft has a lar­ge stack of pre-built and pro­ven trai­ning mate­ri­als. The­se can be con­duc­ted imme­dia­te­ly. If nee­ded, indi­vi­du­al trai­ning mate­ri­als can be crea­ted by com­bi­na­ti­on or desig­ning new mate­ri­als for spe­ci­fied use cases.

Mul­ti­ple trai­nings can be com­bi­ned in big­ger cus­to­mer-spe­ci­fic trai­ning pro­grams. The­re we can address dif­fe­rent groups of atten­de­es, and taking time­frames, resour­ces and (poten­ti­al) fluc­tua­tions in the team into con­side­ra­ti­on.

When big­ger teams are to be trai­ned, we help con­cep­tua­li­zing and set­ting up trai­ning envi­ron­ments, so ever­y­thing is rea­dy to go and the atten­de­es feel right at home when the trai­ning starts.

Stat­Soft also offers train-the-trai­ner opti­ons. This makes your inter­nal experts the soft­ware cham­pi­ons able to per­pe­tua­te know­ledge trans­fer in your orga­niza­ti­on wit­hout sole­ly rely­ing on Stat­Soft.

The next step

After the trai­ning, Stat­Soft acti­vi­ties can be focu­sed more on the indi­vi­du­als. It can be high­ly pro­duc­ti­ve to plan Q&A ses­si­ons in regu­lar inter­vals to address post-trai­ning ques­ti­ons and to cover chal­lenges stem­ming from day-to-day work with the soft­ware. In work­shops, spe­ci­fic use cases can be sol­ved tog­e­ther by using the soft­ware, app­ly­ing the lear­ned know­ledge, assis­ted by Stat­Soft con­sul­tants. After trai­nings and other acti­vi­ties and during a trai­ning pro­gram, cus­to­mer satis­fac­tion can be moni­to­red by online sur­veys and per­so­na­li­zed feed­back ses­si­ons, so that high satis­fac­tion levels can be gua­ran­teed.
