As “StatSoftians” the data science platform Statistica is very dear to our hearts as we have been part of the developer (once) and we served as the exclusive reseller (once) and the most important resell-partner (on-going) of Statistica. Many of us - when we think of data science – arrange nodes (analytical building blocks in Statistica) in our heads, still.
But the world moves on: Statistica has changed ownership in the last decades and is now in the good hands of Spotfire where it serves as an important component for point-and-click based advanced data science automation. In the Spotfire portfolio, it is included as a component in the Spotfire Industry Pro (formerly Data Science) license and neatly integrated with Spotfire (the dashboard application).
We as StatSoft continue to offer Statistica as an individual product and as part of Spotfire (the application). We also support our many customers in various industries with their Statistica installations through installation, maintenance, support, consulting and trainings.
