Lizenzbedingungen Academic Bundles

“Aca­de­mic Bund­le” means a Bund­le which is licen­sed to an accre­di­ted edu­ca­ti­on insti­tu­ti­on sole­ly for edu­ca­tio­nal use, tea­ching and indi­vi­du­al stu­dent or facul­ty non-fun­ded rese­arch pur­po­ses in Non-Pro­duc­tion.

Use in Pro­duc­tion, or for the pur­po­se of fun­ded rese­arch or for any clas­ses offe­red elec­tro­ni­cal­ly via the inter­net or other­wi­se (i.e.: “on-line” clas­ses) is pro­hi­bi­ted. For the pur­po­ses of an Aca­de­mic Bund­le, Cus­to­mer may pro­vi­de access to the Soft­ware pro­ducts by stu­dents who are Named Users, sub­ject to such Named Users agre­e­ing to be bound by terms at least as pro­tec­ti­ve of Licen­sor as the terms of this Agree­ment.
