As a Digi­tal Stra­tegy Con­sul­tant, you will be part of a fast-gro­wing team of data and stra­tegy enthu­si­asts that shi­ne bet­ween hea­vy data pro­jects and busi­ness. The more com­plex the chall­enge, the more we real­ly want to get it done. As simp­le as pos­si­ble.

We belie­ve that data and AI are the­re to make people’s lives bet­ter, and we’ll be our cli­ents back when taking the next steps towards a digi­tal future. To do this, we need your know­ledge about busi­ness, data and ana­ly­tics. And, may­be most important: your empa­thy.  This way, we share how much fun data pro­jects can be, and even­tual­ly make them fall in love with data as well.

Side by side with our cli­ents, we shape their digi­tal trans­for­ma­ti­on, mana­ge the col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with third par­ty ven­dors or spe­cia­li­zed con­sul­tanci­es, keep up momen­tum and moti­va­ti­on and also get our hands dir­ty if nee­ded. We are the trus­ted part­ner on the way to a data dri­ven com­pa­ny for our cli­ent, always loo­king for­ward to cele­bra­ting suc­ces­ses tog­e­ther.

As you join, you will always be working with expe­ri­en­ced col­le­agues who are hap­py to give a hand any time you need a hand or a thought part­ner. The­re will be coa­ching, on the job trai­ning and sup­port. But: when­ever you feel that you are rea­dy to try on your own, plea­se go ahead. Having the safe­ty net in place, we will encou­ra­ge you to take over respon­si­bi­li­ty as ear­ly as pos­si­ble.

    • Think through the impact of digi­tal with our cli­ents, sup­port to codi­fy their stra­tegy, help to defi­ne the path to suc­cess. Then, also sup­port to acce­le­ra­te their trans­for­ma­ti­on efforts
    • Work with indus­try experts to dri­ve inno­va­tions for cus­to­mers based on data
    • App­ly your know­ledge on digi­tal mar­ke­ting pro­grams across all digi­tal chan­nels and levels
    • Use your know­ledge and stra­te­gic thin­king to find ways to digi­ta­li­ze our cli­ents offe­rings, such as a mar­ke­ting pro­gram, ener­gy topics or pro­duc­tion rela­ted ques­ti­ons.
    • Help to iden­ti­fy the right part­ners for our cli­ents and sup­port teams with dif­fe­rent busi­ness back­ground to com­mu­ni­ca­te effi­ci­ent­ly with each other


What you’ll bring (Expe­ri­ence & Qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons)

    • 2+ years expe­ri­ence in a stra­tegy, manage­ment or tech­no­lo­gy con­sul­tancy; digital/tech start-up and/or indus­try expe­ri­ence
    • Curio­si­ty for new topics, wil­ling­ness to explo­re the unknown
    • Strong ana­ly­ti­cal skills, pro­blem sol­ving abili­ty and con­cep­tu­al thin­king
    • Wil­ling to build up com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on, sto­ry lining, cli­ent facing and con­sul­ting skills
    • Stra­te­gic mind­set with the abili­ty to under­stand com­plex, ana­ly­ti­cal topics and entre­pre­neu­ri­al spi­rit
    • Very good pro­blem sol­ving


A plus would be:

    • Know­ledge of ana­ly­ti­cal tools such as python or R, pro­gramming lan­guages and/or expe­ri­ence with visua­liza­ti­on tools such as Tableau or Power­BI
    • Solid skills in the MS Office Suite
    • Bachelor’s degree pre­fer­a­b­ly in a tech or busi­ness-rela­ted field
    • Flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish
